The RAM usually decides how fast your system is especially when multiple programs are run simultaneously. More RAM = better performance. Now, by default, the computer assesses the needs of a certain program and allocates RAM accordingly. However, more often than not, this is not enough. A program may be lagging because it needs more RAM.

Click the Settings icon on the upper right corner of the toolbar.
Go to Advanced—Performance Setting, then you will be able to set the CPU and RAM you would like to allocate to the NoxPlayer.
Click Save Changes.
Note: the number of allocated CPU cores should not exceed the number of physical cores you have. Also, make sure to leave Windows enough RAM to function properly.

That Mac does not have any discrete VRAM. It borrows RAM from Main Store to create the screen buffer. The VRAM indicated in the Mac display would be how much it had borrowed. The Mac does a lot of drawing into off-screen display memory and then switching the screen buffer to the pre-drawn area. So it has reserved 1GB of memory to do this.
